Service
- Tutor1on1 provides course publishing, marketplace discovery, enrollment approval, course downloads, personalized tutor sessions, progress sync, and mistake review.
- Teachers are responsible for the course materials and marketplace descriptions they publish.
- Students and guardians are responsible for choosing appropriate courses and reviewing teacher-published content.
Accounts and conduct
- Keep your credentials private and use accurate account information.
- Do not publish someone else's personal information, impersonate others, harass, spam, or post illegal content.
- Do not attempt to bypass enrollment, download, security, sync, or marketplace controls.
- We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when needed to protect the service and users.
Learning and AI output
- Tutor output is educational assistance and may be imperfect. Teachers, students, or guardians should review important results.
- Personalized guidance depends on available course content, session history, progress data, and model behavior.

- The service is provided as is to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- Network access, model providers, marketplace availability, and bundle delivery may be interrupted.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
